Red Maple Land Surveying, LLC was founded in 2012 by Marc Sprague and has since grown to become one of the top Land surveying agencies in the Ironwood/Bessemer/Wakefield area.

After attending Michigan Tecnological University  and graduating with a Land Surveying degree thru the distance learning program; Mr. Sprague attained his Wisconsin Licensure in 2007, and followed with his Michigan Licensure in the year 2009.  He then continued on to complete a certification thru the Bureau of Land Management. The certification attained has given me the additional title of Certified Federal Surveyor, or CFeds for short. Although not a license it is a very important accomplishment.

My 20 years of experience started in lower Michigan in the Petoskey/Harbor Springs area, and then continued in the Ironwood/Bessemer/Wakefield area.

Certified Survey Maps, Boundary surveys, legal descriptions, mapping, and construction surveys and all facets of land surveying can be accomplished.
